Flag Rental Checklist: What to Plan Before Your Event

Updated 2026-09-02 · FlagsRental.ca Editorial Team

A useful rental request does not need every specification. It needs enough context to match the flags, hardware and logistics to the real event.

Describe the event

Provide the venue, event date, rental period, expected audience and purpose of the display. Note whether the flags mark an entrance, stage, route, sponsor area or ceremonial location.

Describe the site

Identify indoor or outdoor use, installation surfaces, ceiling clearance, wind exposure, vehicle access, loading windows and any restrictions from the venue.

Confirm responsibilities

State who supplies the flag list and artwork, who approves the arrangement, and whether delivery, placement, onsite adjustment and removal are required.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

How early should an event rental be requested?

Send the request when the date, venue and approximate quantity are known. Availability and production needs can then be reviewed.

Can quantities change after the first request?

Often they can be refined before approval, subject to availability, timing and any custom production involved.
